  Government of India, under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology notified the new Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 . Government can do so or bring such rule in exercise of the powers under section 87 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and in supersession of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 . This new rule will replace IT (Intermediaries Guidelines)Rules, 2011.  The number of users, as no. of internet users in India in January 2021 were 624.0 million. The number of internet users increased by 47 million(+8.2%) between 2020 and 2021.   RCEP "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership" Introduced in 19th ASEAN Summit held in November, 2011 in Indonesia. Officially launched and negotiations started during the 21st ASEAN Summit in Cambodia in November, 2012. It is a trade pact between 10 Member ASEAN bloc and 5 Asia-Pacific States which have Free Trade Agreement with ASEAN. Earlier total 6 were there as India too was part of it. DOBRA-CHANTI BRIDGE                       India's longest motorable single-lane bridge in Tehri. Inaugurated by CM Trivendra Singh Rawat on 9 November 2020 to mark the state's 20st foundation day.  Location : Tehri Garhwal. Constructed on river Bhagirathi. Connecting Pratapnagar & Thauldhar. 440 metre long. Cost incurred Rs 150 crore. Work began in 2006 & was scheduled to be over by 2008, however factors such as corruption, changes in ruling party, inefficiency and faulty design etc made the delay.
